First Annual European Celebration of CDMO Excellence

For more than a decade, the CDMO Leadership Awards have recognized contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs) worldwide for outstanding quality, capabilities, expertise, reliability, and service. In 2025, the awards make their European debut at CPHI Frankfurt, providing a dedicated stage to celebrate excellence across the region.

Leadership Awards Categories

Derived from proprietary data by Life Science Connect and research by Orientation Marketing, CDMO buyers from across biopharma evaluated the partners they worked with in the past 24 months. A blended scoring system based on Net Promoter Scores and Best-in-Class Rankings determines the finalists and champions.

All finalists are notified in advance and announced on stage. Only champions are called up to keep the evening moving at pace.

The evening will feature an exclusive Awards Ceremony and Cocktails & Trophies Reception, celebrating Champions and Jury Award winners in the opulent Steigenberger Hof Hotel. Organized by Orientation Events, the night will be followed by a special Afterparty marking Orientation Marketing’s 10th Anniversary with drinks, music, and more.
